Aghada Community Playgroup was established in 2002 by a voluntary committee. The playgroup offers a high-quality childcare service to Aghada, Whitegate, Saleen and the surrounding areas.

We are a non profit community service with a Board of Management that continues to oversee the efficient management of the playgroup.

We believe that children learn and develop best when they are nurtured and supported by adults who are responsive and who share with the child an understanding of the world. We value the importance of children’s play in developing meaningful learning experiences.
