Our Ethos

In Aghada Community Playgroup we believe that early childhood is a significant and critical time in a child’s life - that must be nurtured, respected, valued and supported in its own right. Every child's individuality, strengths, rights and needs are central to our service. We respect the fact that parents remain the primary educators in their child’s life and have a pre-eminent role in promoting his/her well-being, learning and development.  That is why we offer an open-door policy where we encourage your involvement in your child’s development whilst attending the setting.

Mission Statement

Aghada Community Playgroup is committed to the best interest of the child, and promotes and respects the rights of the child to quality education, play and care.
